Individual and couple therapy

Our first 30 minute consultation is free and can be completed on the telephone or a video call.

My standard rates for remote consultations are:

• £110 for 90 minutes for couples.  (£61 per 50 mins)
• £95 for 70 minutes for individuals.  (£68 per 50 mins)
• £75 for 50 minutes for individuals.  (Longer sessions generally provide better value.)

Sessions are paid for in advance – usually at the end of the previous session.  I take cash, PayPal, and direct bank transfer.

Block booking discounts*

I offer new clients the opportunity to buy two sessions and get the third one free.  This gives us some time to get to know each other and for you to assess the value of our work together.

From then on most clients choose to pre-pay for blocks on the basis of buy six sessions and get the seventh one free.

* These discounts only apply to clients who are booking directly with me and not to those who are utilising health insurance or who have used a referral site that charges me a fee.

Health insurance

I am registered with Aviva, AXA, WPA, and Vitality.  Please contact them first to get a pre-authorisation number.  I am able to bill these companies directly.

Weekend sessions

Weekend sessions are sometimes available at a supplement of £20 per session.

Concessions

I offer concessionary rates for veterans and other blue light workers.

In person sessions in your space

I can offer sessions at your home or office.  In addition to the session rate clients pay:

• Second class return public transport travel expenses from Bethnal Green, and
• My travel time charged at half the session rate, pro-rata.
